Shipping and Returns

1. When will my item be shipped?
Your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment.

2. Do I need to pay customs tax?
Buyers are responsible for all tax and VAT fees. Customs duties are not required from EU buyers if iterms are shipped from an EU warehouse. We can describe the price of this package as per your request.

3. What is your return policy?
We offer free returns or exchanges within 60 day of purchase. Returned items must be returned in original product packaging and have no vislble signs of wear or use.

4. How do I initiate a return?
If you wish to return an item, please contact us to get a return address, Next, pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the return address with a tracking number. Please notify us of the tracking number after you ship the item. We will process your refund within 3- 20 business days once we receive the item.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
